After 25 days of gruelling training and brutal challenges, just three trainees remain, all fighting for the chance to be crowned the winner.

Jordan North is back on the island to catch up with the finalists about their island transformations, before delivering them to the training ground for their last session with their Warriors.

Day 27 sees the final Coach鈥檚 challenge 鈥� an endurance test held in 30 degree heat, which leads to concerns that one of the finalists has pushed themselves too far in the build-up to the final challenge.

Day 28 is the last one on the island. After a month of sweat, it all comes down to one final challenge, the biggest yet 鈥� Fighting Spirit. And this time, the trainees go it alone.

An incredible month on the island ends with the final Warrior Summit as the three remaining Warriors must decide who is worthy of being crowned the winner.
