John Gillespie in Burnfoot rings – 'Sean, Hospital Request, it was on Radio Eireann in the 50s & 60s - Dennis Meehan was the presenter.'

Georgina in the Fountain rings – "Sean, you were talking about the Hospital Request. Walter Love presented it, I said it was on Radio Ulster but it was actually on ´óÏó´«Ã½ Northern Ireland Home Service. Someone said it was on Radio Eireann, I’m not sure but maybe it was a collaboration with Radio Eireann and ´óÏó´«Ã½ Northern Ireland Home Service. It was centred around a hospital in Belfast called Foster Green."
