Gordon sends his remaining contenders to Wales, where they must harvest seaweed on Anglesey. He also challenges them to sell pizza to tourists at Portmeirion.
Gordon meets his remaining 11 contenders in Anglesey, north Wales, to test their raw skills and pure talent. After an expert masterclass on seaweed, the teams must precisely identify and harvest samples of the sustainable crop. Up against the tides, the teams need to traverse the rocks to prove to Gordon they can follow instruction and bring him precisely what he needs.
Next, Gordon tests the contenders’ ability to run a business in Wales’s glorious Little Italy by the sea, Portmeirion. He asks the teams to create and sell pizzas to locals and tourists - whichever team takes the most money wins.
Finally, it’s crunch-time as the contenders come face-to face with Gordon. Who will make the grade, and who will be sent home?
