David Park is one of Northern Ireland's most acclaimed writers. His first novel 'The Healing' won the Authors鈥� Club First Novel Award. 'The Truth Commissioner' was awarded the Ewart-Biggs Memorial Prize and adapted for film; 'The Light of Amsterdam' was shortlisted for the IMPAC Prize; 'The Poets鈥� Wives' was Belfast鈥檚 One City One Book and 'Travelling in a Strange Land' won the Kerry Group Irish Fiction Award. He has received a Major Artist Award from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland and the American Ireland Fund Literary Award. His latest novel 'Spies in Canaan' was published in 2022.
