The Reverend Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad chat to the 2016 winner of the Great British Bake Off, Candice Brown, as she prepares to begin the London Marathon. Candice is running for Bab's Army, a charity set up in memory of Barbara Windsor, icon, actor and in her later years, powerful dementia research advocate.

They will also be talking to the founder of the Boys Sew Too movement, Clive Bruder, which aims to encourage boys of all ages to sew regardless of gender, skill or ability.

There's Pause for Thought, too, and uplifting music for a Sunday morning.
