Pop superstar Jess Glynne chooses her final two Tracks of My Years, plus Vernon's got the week's last edition of music quiz Ten to the Top and more from Vernon's Vault.

Pop superstar Jess Glynne takes us on a life journey through song in Tracks of My Years.

Jess first came to widespread attention as the featured vocalist on Clean Bandit鈥檚 smash hit number one single Rather Be, and since then she鈥檚 enjoyed huge solo success, achieving a record breaking seven chart-topping singles.

This feat makes Jess the British female solo artist with the most UK number one singles in history, and to date she鈥檚 achieved two multi-platinum-selling UK number one albums.

Following a three-year hiatus, Jess has just returned with her new single Silly Me, marking a new chapter which has seen her change record labels and management teams.

Today, Jess picks songs from Post Malone and Adele.
