Part 1: Music before the service

Live from St Giles’ Cathedral, Edinburgh: leading Scottish artists and ensembles perform a range of music both old and new.

Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla attend a special service of music, dedication and thanksgiving in St Giles’ Cathedral, Edinburgh. Kate Molleson presents Radio 3’s exclusive radio broadcast of the pre-service and service ceremonies, featuring live performances from an array of leading Scottish artists, ensembles and composers and culminating in King Charles receiving the Honours of Scotland.
