Who will get Ten to the Top?

Pundit and former footballer Ian Wright chooses his Tracks of My Years. Plus, there'll be more from Vernon's Vault, the Record and Album of the Week and, of course, Ten to the Top

Ian Wright tells us the story of his life through songs for Tracks of My Years.

Ian is a former professional footballer-turned-television and radio personality. A regular pundit for 大象传媒 and ITV, he also hosts his own weekly podcast called Wrighty's House.

During his career, Ian became the second-highest goal-scorer of all time for Arsenal, and the third-highest for Crystal Palace. He also earned 33 England caps and scored nine goals, and was made an OBE in June in the king鈥檚 first honours list

A big believer in community work and charity, Ian is an ambassador for women鈥檚 football, and has been campaigning to get more female coaches into the game. In 2022, Ian was part of the FA's Let Girls Play campaign.
