Melted Parents NI on the results of their survey of parents and rising childcare costs.

Melted Parents NI, a group formed earlier this year, is asking for childcare reform to be a "day-one priority" when the Assembly is back up and running. Clare Loye from the group talks to Anna Curran about how they presented their findings to MLAs yesterday but with no functioning Executive how hopeful are they that their concerns will not only be heard but addressed?
Tim McGarry & David Hume, the presenters of "The Long & The Short of It", discuss their move from radio to TV in their popular history series. Derry born crime fiction writer Brian McGilloway is in studio to talk about how his archive is now in major company in The Northern Ireland Literary Archive of the Linen Hall Library and Dr Joe McEvoy talks us through the proposed earlier date of September 18th for vaccinations for Covid-19 .
And after the News at One, in Twenty Minutes with Anna Curran, Dr Nicola Herron gives her reaction to the Derry woman, Shannon Meenan Browse from Creggan, who has died of malnutrition after having surgery abroad for a gastric sleeve.
