The brother of an 11-year-old boy who died after he was hit by plastic bullet fired by a British soldier in Derry criticises the appointment of former police commander, Peter Sheridan, to the government's new Troubles legacy body. Peter Sheridan is a former member of both the RUC and the PSNI. He has acknowledged the role will be one of his biggest challenges yet.
