Wasabi crop takes route in the Orchard County, canine battle at the World Sheepdog Trials in Dromore and it’s a lapwing romance in a bog in County Down.
Move over apples – wasabi is taking root in County Armagh at the hands of enterprising father and son duo, Sean and Zac Kitson, we head to the World Sheepdog Trials in Dromore to see what canine will be crowned top dog, a breeding pair of lapwings – often called the National Bird of Ireland – is spotted in a bog in County Down and we hear about the rich history of Abernethy Butter from owner Allison Abernethy as the business goes up for sale.
