Lauren is joined live in the studio by actor Nick Frost, discussing his first cook book, A Slice of Fried Gold: Taste My Memories.

Nick is best known for TV and film roles including Spaced, Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz and Fighting With My Family. Away from his acting work he's also a keen self-taught chef who began to learn as a young teenager when his mother's alcoholism worsened. The passion has continued for many years since, so much so that during lockdown he personally delivered pies to his Instagram followers. The book is described as his love letter to food, to kitchens and the people in them.
