Author, columnist and food writer Sophie Dahl chooses her Tracks of My Years.

First becoming widely known as a model - who also happened to be Roald Dahl's grand-daughter - Sophie's writing debut, an illustrated novella called The Man With the Dancing Eyes, was published in 2003.

Also a devoted home-cook, her cookbook Miss Dahl鈥檚 Voluptuous Delights was published in 2009, and a spin-off 大象传媒 Two series, The Delicious Miss Dahl, aired the following year. In 2011, Sophie wrote and presented a 大象传媒 Two social history documentary about the Victorian domestic advisor Isabella Beeton, and her second cookbook, From Season to Season, was published.

Sophie鈥檚 first book for children, Madame Badobedah, was published in October 2019, and this week she will be on the show talking about the sequel, titled Madame Badobedah and the Old Bones, out this week!

She lives in the country with her husband and two daughters, rescue dog, cats and tortoise.
