Kathryn talks about The Darkening, her big band that has just released a new album called Cloud Horizons.

Kathryn Tickell OBE, DL is a musician, composer, bandleader and broadcaster who has flown a flag for Northumbrian folk music since the 1980s. Her career has included collaborations with Sting, Penguin Cafe Orchestra, The Chieftains and many more.
