Jo plays her first pick from this week鈥檚 Vinyl Revival - Non-Stop Erotic Cabaret by Soft Cell. There are also new tracks from across the musical spectrum, and quality vintage songs, too.

Formed in the late 70s by vocalist Marc Almond and instrumentalist David Ball, Soft Cell released their debut album in 1981. Including the hits Tainted Love, Bedsitter and Say Hello, Wave Goodbye, the album reached number five in the UK album charts. The lead single, Tainted Love, sat atop of the singles chart in countries across the world, and won the duo a Brit Award for Best Single in 1982.
