Japanese American singer songwriter Mitski self-released her first two albums Lush (2012) and Retired From Sad, New Career in Business (2013) while studying studio composition. Ten years later, her seventh album The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We was released last month, including singles Heaven and My Love Mine All Mine.
Mitski joins Jo to talk about the new album, the upcoming tour and the music that has influenced her life. She also has some session tracks recorded live at the 大象传媒 Maida Vale studios to play us!
