From soulful house to lyrical garage, and rhythmical RnB to awe-inspiring remixes, DJ Spoony's music manifesto is simple: if a track has a good groove that will make your body move, it's in. With tunes from the 70s to the present day, it's all killer and no filler with big dollops of nostalgia to make you smile.

German DJ and producer Mousse T chooses the tracks that take him back as he shares his early clubbing memories in Rewind Selector. Mousse T is best known for his house hit Horny 98 and his Sex Bomb collaboration with Sir Tom Jones in 2000. His latest music comes courtesy of the Revival project, where he and other house hit makers have joined forces to reimagine much loved classics such as The Emotions' Best of My Love, which is currently on the Radio 2 playlist.

DJ Spoony also serves up two very special mixes to keep the Friday night vibes flowing. Kicking off the show is the Good Groove 90s Party Mix for hot tub discos, car seat dancing and living room sing-alongs everywhere. Then, later on, our host takes to the decks live for the Good Groove Deep Cuts Mix, a glamorous, high energy selection that will make you want to push back the sofa and dance!
