Huw sits in and recaps this morning's announcement of the 6 Music鈥檚 Artists of the Year.

The 6 Music Artists of the Year celebrates success stories of 2023 and tips the stars for 2024. The list showcases both legends and breaking artists, illustrating a diverse selection of acts from a range of genres who have been championed across our daytime and specialist shows

One of the artists who made the list had an incredible 2023 - Young Fathers started the year playing on 6 Music's Independent Venue Week Tour before releasing their album Heavy Heavy in February which went on to be nominated for the Mercury Music Prize.

On today's programme Kayus from the band shares his Mind, Body and Soul playlist and reflects on the past year.

All this alongside a Kitchen Disco track and brand new music from Gruff Rhys and Pillow Queens.
