Norman Cook sends a video message of encouragement and suggests a song for Vernon's 125bpm show to help him keep a steady pace for his forthcoming Ultra Ultra Marathon.

Vernon's whole show will be a constant 125bpm, with a video message from Fatboy Slim who suggests a huge hit of his to help him keep a steady pace on his forthcoming epic journey from Leicester to Bolton.

Powered only by his own two feet, Vernon Kay is travelling all the way from Victoria Park in Leicester - the site of Radio 2 In The Park 鈥� to the home of his beloved Bolton Wanderers, between Tuesday 14 and Friday 17 November. All to raise money for Children In Need.
