Emma notes Oliver鈥檚 frosty attitude towards Ed and Eddie. Ed details how the land sale will impact him before Emma tells him to stop whingeing and make a plan. With the security of Little Grange at risk, she thinks both Eddie and Ed should apologise to Oliver. She then decides to see Oliver herself, finding him at the shoot, entertaining the hotel鈥檚 partners. Oliver appreciates her visit, but he鈥檇 have preferred Ed to come himself. Distracted Oliver then apologises for not giving Emma his full attention, but assures her Little Grange is safe.

On her return Emma鈥檚 annoyed that Ed and Eddie still haven鈥檛 talked about patching things up with Oliver. Eddie believes Oliver鈥檚 set on erasing a piece of Grundy history. Emma says to look to the future, but Eddie can only see developers on the horizon and no space for the Grundys. Eddie rounds on Emma, her family is sorted when it comes to inheritance. But with Oliver, the Grundys have no rights whatsoever.

Helen updates Joy on Jack wanting to see Rob. She doesn鈥檛 think Jack even knows what he鈥檇 say if he met Rob. But Jack keeps coming back to: Henry saw Rob, so why can鈥檛 he? As Helen talks about the pros and cons of a meeting, Henry appears. He鈥檚 cross that Helen鈥檚 even considering it and calls her a liar. She promised she鈥檇 never let Jack see Rob. She explains that simply refusing Jack鈥檚 request isn鈥檛 working. But if they don鈥檛 refuse she thinks eventually Jack will lose interest anyway.
