Taxi fares are to rise in Derry between now and Christmas. The head of a taxi lobby group in the city tells North West Today the increase is 'long overdue'. Eamon O'Donnell, of North West Taxi Proprietors, says the price increase will encourage more taxi drivers to go out at night and during the weekend.
