Mia and Brad chat about Brad鈥檚 work at Grey Gables. Mia goes through what needs to be done for The Renew Fashion Show. Fallon鈥檚 helping with the pre-show preparations, though she can鈥檛 make it on the day. Brad鈥檚 on edge and tries to broach the subject of Lily fancying him. Mia stifles a laugh and wonders if Brad鈥檚 got the wrong end of the stick, even though he is super attractive. Brad is keen to let Mia know he hasn鈥檛 done anything to encourage Lily and will make the situation very clear if Lily comes on to him. Brad presents Mia with an early birthday present of a recording from TV celebrity Hamza Yassin wishing her a happy eighteenth birthday. Mia鈥檚 delighted. When Brad says he鈥檚 also managed to get Freddie to do the fashion show music, Mia says Brad鈥檚 on fire!

Eddie offers to support Clarrie when she asks Helen to contact Miles about the auctioned land. But Clarrie would rather talk to Helen alone about whether Ed鈥檚 sheep can temporarily graze there. Helen turns up and notices that Clarrie鈥檚 got something on her mind. Clarrie admits she鈥檚 worried about Ed and grazing his sheep and asks about contacting Miles. Helen鈥檚 understanding but says she can鈥檛 help. When Rob died, Helen drew a line under the whole thing. Like Clarrie has to look out for Ed, Helen has to protect her children, but she hopes Ed can find a solution soon. Eddie consoles Clarrie, who wonders how she can tell Ed the news. Eddie says they鈥檒l find a solution, but Clarrie鈥檚 not so sure.
