Her first guest this week is Simon Reeve, who joins Cerys to tells us about his latest trip to Patagonia for his new 大象传媒 series: Wilderness with Simon Reeve. For the new series, Simon travels through some of the most remote landscapes on Earth in search for the people and the wildlife of Earth's greatest wilderness. He visits Congo, Patagonia, the Coral Triangle and the Kalahari Desert. In Patagonia, Simon鈥檚 journey takes him up to the huge south Patagonian ice field, through the foothills of the Andes towards the great Grey Glacier of eastern Chile - coming face to face with pumas and riding with gauchos.

Also, Cerys catches up with record-breaking disabled adventurer Darren Edwards went to Antarctica in 2023 as part of the World Marathon - seven marathons on seven continents. He completed the Antarctica marathon in five hours and 50 minutes, racing in temperatures of minus 20 and winds of up to 60mph. A former mountaineer, Darren became paralysed from the chest down after a near fatal climbing accident in 2016.
