Andy Bell formed Ride in 1988, and the band became pioneers of shoegaze in the 90s before breaking up in 1996. They reunited in 2014 and are set to release their seventh studio album Interplay on 29th March, including the single Peace Sign, which Huw premiered on the show last week. Jess Stavely-Taylor and her sisters, Camilla and Emily, began releasing music at the start of the 2010s. Now with Emily taking a break from the band, Jess and Camilla are set to release their fifth album as The Staves, 'All Now', on 22nd March. Tara Kumar is a Irish-Indian-Malaysian DJ and Broadcaster from Alice Springs, Australia, who began presenting shows on Radio 1 in December 2022.
