From soulful house to lyrical garage, and rhythmical RnB to awe-inspiring remixes, DJ Spoony's music manifesto is simple, if a track has a good groove that will make your body move, it's in. With tunes from the 70s to the present day, it's all killer and no filler with big dollops of nostalgia to make you smile. This week, Spoony spins tracks by Daft Punk and Pharrell Williams, Luther Vandross, Whitney Houston, Olivia Dean, Bob Marley, and many more.

Musical artist and DJ 础苍补苍茅 chooses the tracks that take her back in 'Rewind Selector'. 础苍补苍茅 released her phenomenal 'Take A Ride' EP last year, receiving quite a few plays of 'Let Me Be Your Fantasy' on The Good Groove! The soulful EP was produced by Two Soul Fusion, aka Louie Vega (础苍补苍茅's husband) and Josh Milan. The luscious live string arrangements are courtesy of the Apple Hill String Quartet, serving up a dreamy disco sound, perfect for Friday nights!

DJ Spoony also serves up two very special mixes to keep the Friday night vibes flowing. Kicking off the show is 'The Good Groove 90s Party Mix' full of dancefloor classics for hot tub discos, car seat dancing and living room sing-alongs everywhere. Then later on, our host takes to the decks live for 'The Good Groove Deep Cuts Mix', a glamorous, high energy selection that will make you want to push back the sofa and dance!
