The lads are inspired to cook with a tandoori oven. After visiting chef Anil for some expert advice in a local hotel kitchen, they head back to their barn kitchen and their new oven. Here the lads create a small feast of tandoor cooked meals, including the traditional tandoori chicken, skewered lamb chops in Uisdean鈥檚 special marinade, while haddock tikka and paneer are also prepared. To accompany the oven cooked food they prepare pilaf rice and 鈥淏orve Bay鈥 potatoes, Ruaraidh鈥檚 take on bombay potato. And no tandoor meal would be complete without naan, prepared by Ruaraidh.
