Episode 5
The competition and drama ramp up as the queens are tasked with staging Drag Race’s most challenging Rusical yet, and singer-songwriter Self Esteem joins RuPaul as guest judge.
The race is fierce as the elite global Drag Racers continue in their bid to impress Mama Ru... and this week, it’s the Rusical! Hold on to your heads as the queens re-write their Drag Race herstory in Seven - Confessions of a Drag Queen.
In what proves to be Drag Race’s toughest Rusical challenge yet, the queens not only have to write their own lyrics and create their own choreography - they must also sing live!
Award-winning singer-songwriter and West End star Self Esteem boosts both the queens’ vocal range and self-esteem with a coaching session, and later joins RuPaul on the judging panel alongside Michelle Visage and Graham Norton.
Who will impress RuPaul the most and qualify for a chance to eliminate another competitor? In a cunning twist, it’s the top two queens who engage in a lip sync battle, with the winner earning the right to eliminate one of the bottom queens. In this game, nothing is certain. No one is safe.
Let the music play, and may the best Drag Queen win !
