The Bikers' journey continues, bringing the boys cruising the roads along the 220-mile River Severn, a region steeped in history and natural beauty. Dave and Si both have personal history in this part of the world and can鈥檛 wait to discover the fusion of flavours on offer.
They start their journey around the Severn Estuary, crossing its iconic bridge and heading to Newport's 150-year-old market. They visit a farm in Gloucestershire famous for its butter, visit a mustard maker in Tewkesbury, and meet a chef in Bristol dedicated to delivering an authentic east African dining experience.
