Expand your horizons with classical music
Take time out with a 30-minute soundscape of classical music, reflecting the themes of the Passion story.
Wind down with half an hour of back-to-back classical music with this meditative edition of the Classical Mixtape. Reflecting on the broader themes of Christian Holy Week, the sequence features old and new music inspired by the Passion story, including works by Handel, Haydn, Buxtehude, Knut Nystedt and John Sheppard, alongside reflections on life and death by William Grant Still and Vaughan Williams, and in a touching arrangement of an Icelandic folk song performed by Vikingur 脫lafsson.
