Miranda Sawyer, Bess Atwell and Karla Chubb from Sprints

Journalist Miranda Sawyer, singer-songwriter Bess Atwell and Sprints' frontwoman Karla Chubb join Emily to give their thoughts on the week鈥檚 new releases.

Emily sits in for Huw with a panel of musicians and experts discussing the week鈥檚 new releases.

Miranda Sawyer is a journalist and presenter who is regularly heard on 6 Music with her Sound & Vision series. Bess Atwell is a Brighton-based singer-songwriter who will release her second album Light Sleeper on 24th May via Real Kind Records. The album has been produced by The National's Aaron Dessner, and she will be touring in June and October this year. Karla Chubb is the frontwomen for Dublin band Sprints, who released their acclaimed debut album Letter To Self in January of this year and will join us at the start of a sold-out UK tour that continues to Birmingham, Bristol, Nottingham and more. But if you miss out they will be back with their biggest headline shows in November.
