Lucy Rose joins Huw to discuss her remarkable forthcoming album This Ain't The Way You Go Out, which is released on Friday.

Her first album in five years, as well as being her fifth studio album, This Ain't The Way You Go Out was shaped by Lucy's experience of maternal osteoporosis 鈥� breaking eight vertebrae after the birth of her son Otis. Not only do the record's themes deal with the strain that her illness placed on her, as well as her slow recovery, but her health forced her to play piano as she was unable to pick up a guitar. She recorded the album in Paul Weller's studio and it was produced by Kwes. Now expecting her second child, she plays a one-off show at London's Roundhouse next week (25th April).
