Police have condemned an attack on firefighters during anti-social behaviour in Galliagh. Translink pulled some bus services from the area at the weekend due to the trouble.

Police have condemned an attack on firefighters during anti-social behaviour in the Galliagh area of Derry. Translink pulled some bus services from the estate last weekend due to the trouble.
The window of a bus was smashed and a petrol bomb thrown at the side of the vehicle and a fire service vehicle was attacked with missiles.
Local councillor Brian Tierney tells North West Today he wants to see an end to the attacks on emergency services and the anti-social behaviour.
