Food writer Samin Nosrat kicks off the show with the most incredible spring salad. Then, Jack Croft and Will Murray take to the hobs for their Saturday Kitchen debut, making one of their best-selling dishes – confit cabbage with crispy cabbage leaves and a wild garlic sauce.

Georgina Hayden gives Sunday roast lamb a Greek makeover, featuring fresh dates and braised spring vegetables, before Chet Sharma takes to the hobs to make one of Matt’s all-time favourite chicken recipes. And Greg Davies faces his food heaven, braised feather blade of beef, or his food hell, crayfish and prawn pie!
