A non-stop party of joyful dance floor fillers and brilliant beats to make you feel good. From soulful house to lyrical garage, and rhythmical RnB to awe-inspiring remixes, DJ Spoony's music manifesto is simple, if a track has a good groove that will make your body move, it's in. With tunes from the 70s to the present day, it's all killer and no filler with big dollops of nostalgia to make you smile.

House Gospel Choir founder Natalie Maddix picks up the sparkly baton to choose the tracks that take her back as she shares her clubbing tales in 'Rewind Selector'. The London based choir, formed in 2014, have collaborated and performed with a whole host of musical stars from Ella Henderson to Kylie Minogue, Riton to Wookie, and Todd Terry to Nile Rodgers of Chic, to name just a few!

DJ Spoony also serves up two very special mixes to keep the Friday night vibes flowing. Kicking off the show is 'The Good Groove 90s Party Mix' for hot tub discos, car seat dancing and living room sing-alongs everywhere. Then later on, our host takes to the decks live for 'The Good Groove Deep Cuts Mix', a glamorous, high energy selection that will make you want to push back the sofa and dance!
