Eleanor Oldroyd is joined by Katherine Merry as they look ahead to the 2024 Olympics and Paralympics. The theme of tonight's episode is the last hurrah - with Eleanor and Katherine speaking to people for whom Paris will be their last major competition. They will be joined by the likes of pole vaulter Holly Bradshaw, rower Graeme Thomas and Chris Ramsey, who will be at his fifth and final Olympics as the head of USA water polo.
