Gary Davies sits in for Vernon Kay and welcomes comedian and broadcaster Rhod Gilbert, who will be taking us on his varied 10-song musical journey in this week鈥檚 Tracks Of My Years.

He started his career as a stand-up comedian later in life and has amassed numerous nominations and awards, from the Perrier Best Newcomer Award, the Chortle Best Breakthrough Award and the 大象传媒 New Comedy Award.

From stand-up success, Rhod effortlessly transitioned into TV and radio, presenting a multitude of shows including 'The Apprentice' spin-off 'You're Fired', 'Never Mind The Buzzcocks', Rhod Gilbert's Work Experience' and 'Ask Rhod Gilbert'.

He's currently on our screens in the fifth series of Comedy Central UK's 'Rhod Gilberts' Growing Pains' - where he delves into celebrities adolescent embarrassments - and it's recently been commissioned for a sixth run later this year. Currently, he鈥檚 on a massive 140-date tour with his show 'Rhod Gilbert & The Giant Grapefruit', and that runs until November 2025. He begins his musical journey with The Zombies and "She's Not There".
