Academy Award winning actor Russell Crowe selects the songs that inspired him in this week's Tracks Of My Years.

Russell Crowe has starred in some of the biggest blockbusters ever, from 鈥楲es Miserables鈥� to 鈥楾hor: Love and Thunder鈥�. He won an Oscar for Best Actor in 鈥楪ladiator鈥� in 2000, coming a long way from his antipodean beginnings.

He鈥檚 a keen musician and has released albums with his own band called 鈥�30 Odd Foot of Grunts鈥�. He鈥檚 livening up summer in the UK by bringing 鈥楻ussell鈥檚 Indoor Garden Party鈥� to venues across the country in July. He promises an organic night of music and stories with his band The Gentlemen Barbers.

Russell鈥檚 next two choices come from Rod Stewart and Elton John.
