Arlene is in the Pentland Hills to meet the students who look after a herd of rare ponies, while Cammy is in Ayrshire to find out why an American businessman has traded a career in oil and gas for cows and grass. Rosie is at Strathvaich Estate in Ross-shire to see the vast-scale work going on to restore the peatland and take a closer look at the plant that creates this important habitat. And Shahbaz is in Aberdeenshire to visit some Highland cattle near Banchory and find out why they have become a tourist attraction.
