The Cancer Connect NI charity in Fermanagh promotes wellness with their dragon boat on Lough Erne, the Foyle Maritime Festival is expected to attract 150,000 visitors to see tall ships and enjoy water-based activity, and there鈥檚 a boost for the old schoolhouse in Milford near Armagh, where William McCrum, who invented the penalty kick, was taught.
Also on the programme, how boxing exercise classes have come to the older residents of a care home in Magherafelt, a tour through the former Viking haunts of the Lecale Peninsula, and celebrating potatoes at the Comber Earlies Food Festival.
