As part of 大象传媒 Northern Ireland Comes to Town roadshows, celebrating 100 years of the 大象传媒 in Northern Ireland, Countryside records a special programme at Enniskillen Castle. Nicola visits Crom Castle and jumps on a boat to soak in the history of the estate and say hello to the swimming cows! She鈥檒l also find out how a small business, started in front of a country kitchen stove in Enniskillen, is now a thriving jam and chutney enterprise and Nicola will also say hello to Mary Polizzi from Doletter Wilder Rescue near Boho who devotes her time to caring for sick wild animals. And renowned celebrity chef, Neven Maguire, will be cooking up a storm with some fresh local ingredients in Enniskillen Castle and talking all things food!
