From starting out as frontman of the influential bands The Jam and The Style Council, Paul then kickstarted a successful solo career in the early 90s and is now rightly hailed as one of the most influential and inventive figures in modern British music.
Paul has just released 鈥�66鈥� his seventeenth solo album which was recorded across 3 years in his Black Barn Studio featuring various members of his family and released earlier in the summer to huge acclaim. BUT he has recorded 28 albums all together if you include his work with The Jam and The Style Council and we鈥檒l hear all about them during the show.
Following his recent UK dates, he鈥檚 off on his first North American tour in seven years in September, as well as another UK run in October and November.
