Meet the retired NHS consultant Catriona Connolly, a former Obstetric anaesthesiologist, who is using her retirement to retrain in property investment - not to flip houses, or rent just to be a landlord to get another income - but to build a business so that she can fund the purchase, refurbishment and running of a mother and baby home in Scotland where she now lives.
