Credited for the rise in bossa nova in the 60s, Marcos is a multi-genre artist, blending his Brazilian styles with pop, soul, jazz, rock and dance. His music has been sampled by Jay Z, Childish Gambino, Madlib and covered by Frank Sinatra and Bebel Gilberto.
