If Foxy wins, all remaining crewmembers of the Going Merry will join the Foxy Pirates. Foxy agrees to bet 500 people for this round. The game is a one-on-one fighting match between the captains. From the start, Foxy uses his Noro Noro Beam and puts himself in a great advantage. He also gets out his Foxy Face Bomb to attack Luffy even further.
