He is sure that the woman was Robin and that the Straw Hat Pirates are behind the assassination attempt. Paulie and the other foremen rush to Dock 1 to catch Luffy. When they arrive, Nami is relieved at first, but her relief soon turns into confusion when they start attacking Luffy instead of defending him from Franky.
