Tom, Franky, and Iceburg are wrongly accused of attacking the Judicial Ship, but Tom falsely admits to doing it.
Tom, Franky, and Iceburg are wrongly accused of attacking the Judicial Ship, but Tom falsely admits to doing it. For fulfilling his promise about the Sea Train, Tom was supposed to be exonerated from the crime of building Gold Roger鈥檚 ship, but he asks the judge to pardon them for the attack on the Judicial Ship instead. The judge agrees but reminds the resigned Tom that he will be taken to the Government island of Enies Lobby where he will be charged with the Gold Roger crime and sentenced to death. Franky tries, to no avail, to stop the Sea Train that is carrying Tom to Enies Lobby and is pronounced dead that day. However, present day, Franky is still alive on Water 7 and finds himself talking on the phone with Spandam, now the director of CP9.
