A mysterious man who calls himself Sogeking appears before Sanji and Franky, and offers them his support in rescuing Robin. Sogeking, who claims that he is from a place called Sniper Island, is obviously Usopp in disguise, but Sanji plays along with the charade. Sanji, Franky, and Sogeking are outnumbered on the Puffing Tom, so they come up with a plan for their fight. First, they outwit the marines and officers in back of the train, and cut off the last car with them in it. In the next car, they find out that Franky is a cyborg, who has metals and weapons built into the front half of his body. As they move on to the next car, they run into the train's chef, Wanze. Wanze is a little kooky, and Sanji, Franky, and Sogeking are at first thrown off by his weirdness. But Sanji puts his foot down and tells Franky and Sogeking to go on to the next car while he takes care of the mad cook himself.
