Luffy and Chopper don鈥檛 doubt for a second that Sogeking is Usopp鈥檚 friend, the superhero from Sniper Island, but Nami and Zolo are just relieved to see their former crewmate still alive. As they come closer to the Island of Justice, Kokoro explains to them about the Gate of Justice, beyond which are the Navy headquarters and a huge underwater prison. To save Robin and Franky before they reach that gate, they come up with a plan where the Franky Family and the Galley-La foremen go in through the main gate first to make way for the Straw Hat Pirates, who would be in charge of fighting CP9. However, Luffy ignores the plan and infiltrates the island by himself.
