Inside the Judiciary Tower, Franky uses his Coup de Boo to take Robin to the balcony, where she finally comes face to face Luffy. She tells him that she doesn't want his help and that she wants to die. Spandam is delighted to see this interaction between his prisoner and the pirate, and summons the CP9 to the balcony. Meanwhile, the other Straw Hat Pirates manage to get past the Guilty Jurors and make it to the roof to join their captain. Despite Robin's refusal to accept their help, they are determined to get their crewmate back.
