The marines enter the courthouse and capture the Franky Family and Galley La shipwrights. Meanwhile, as Spandam is taking Robin to the Gate of Justice, he accidentally pushes the Golden Denden Mushi (Radio Snail) and invokes the Buster Call. He also accidentally informs everyone on the island of the coming attack and of how he doesn't mind sacrificing their lives to achieve his objective. Hearing this, the marines and agents start fleeing the island. The CP9 members and the Straw Hat Pirates continue their respective fights against one another.
